Item Substitutions
For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item for a different one of equal or greater value.



How will my order be shipped?

We currently only ship within the United States using USPS, FedEx or UPS. The carrier we choose depends on your order, your location, and the most efficient way to get your order to you. We currently offer Standard Shipping with a 3-7 day transit time. Should your order require Expedited Shipping please contact us at 252-633-4648.


How long will it take my order to get to me?

Orders placed before 1:30 PM EST are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, any order placed after 1:30 PM EST, will be treated as an order placed the following business day and processed accordingly.

Note any federal holidays occurring between the time you place your order and its expected delivery date will delay your order accordingly.


When will my In-Store Pickup order be ready?

Orders are processed according to the above timetable, and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.  To avoid added wait times, please do not attempt to pick up your order until you have received your pickup notification email.



What is your return policy?

Since most of our products are food items, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event your order does not arrive to your satisfaction, please contact us with your order number and any additional details. Photos of any issues helps speed up a possible refund or exchange.
